HOBUM is a favourite partner for research institutions. In co-operation with universities, research institutes and other partners, we pave the way for the future of sustainable chemistry.
Together, we develop ideas for new, bio-based raw materials, products and processes. This includes, for example, the utilisation of innovative bioresources. We are also involved in the research and development of new marketable end products in the following areas:

As part of our collaborative project in cooperation with scientists from the University of Kassel, we are pleased to present our project: “Algae-based, thermoformable natural fiber matrix semi-finished products with duromer property profile”.
